Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes, including duties, VAT, tariffs, or other fees, that may apply (these charges are NOT included in your total at checkout). Customers are still responsible for these fees if the item is refused at delivery and it will be deducted from the refund. Please allow 3-5 days for items to be processed and shipped and ensure your address is correct & secure as we are not liable for any items that were misdelivered, lost, or stolen.

Returns

All sales are final as each piece is one of a kind and made by hand, unless the product arrives damaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please message us through the submission form for instructions on how to return the item.
